Bi-fold doors from the living room lead out onto the front decked area which is ideal for relaxing. This property is lovely and cosy in the winter. This fantastic lodge is just a short walk from Gargrave where you will find some excellent amenities. There are many walks available in the area and the canal is just a short stroll away where you can go on some lovely bike rides, perhaps all the way to nearby Skipton. The surrounding area is ideal for walkers and cyclists and this lodge provides an ideal base to return to at the end of the day.

A pretty village on the banks of the River Aire, around 7 miles from Malham, with its spectacular limestone cove and scar. In the village you will find a selection of places to eat including a fantastic Indian restaurant, along with a small selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Traversed by the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, cycle route 68 and the Pennine Way, Gargrave is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Yorkshire. Four miles away is the ancient market town of Skipton — “The Gateway to the Dales” — with its historic castle and celebrated high street. On the border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is an ideal location for walking, cycling and touring.
