Minor repairs and renewals needed but to be expected in a rental unit. Unfortunately not everyone respects the lodge and treats it as they would their own property

The property itself is really nice, but we were deeply disappointed that the front door was out of order, which prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. Because the door wasn't working, our client in a wheelchair was unable to use it. It was incredibly frustrating to learn that the staff already knew about the broken door but failed to inform us beforehand.Fortunately, we called them to ask how to open it; otherwise, we might have been held liable for damage to a door that was already faulty. Ultimately, the stress and restriction caused by this broken door completely ruined our plans, and we didn't even get to use the jacuzzi.
