About this Holiday Cottage

A short drive from the A1(M), just outside the Yorkshire village of Tockwith, Broadoak Cottage offers self-catering accommodation just twenty minutes from central Harrogate, and half an hour from York.  Accommodation is spacious and modern, sleeping up to 6 guests, ideal for family holidays and short breaks.  The cottage has a private patio garden, and is peacefully situated, yet within easy reach of Harrogate, the Yorkshire Dales, York, Knaresborough, Wetherby and the Yorkshire Showground.  Two fine inns and a shop are just 1 mile away in Tockwith village.

Inside

Broadoak Cottage has a modern fitted kitchen including a fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, microwave and dishwasher, with a separate utility room housing laundry facilities.

The property has one cloakroom with WC, and a main bathroom with an over-bath shower and a shaver point.  Dining facilities for six are provided beside a log-burning stove, and the lounge has river views and a contemporary electric fire.  We've provided a TV and DVD player for entertainment, and we've equipped the cottage with a selection of our favourite DVDs for you to enjoy, with an iPod dock for alternative entertainment.

The cottage has one king-sized bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single room with an additional pull-out bed.  The pull-out bed can be made up for an additional fee of £25.

Free off road parking for 2 cars.

Additional Facilities/ Information

Small pets are welcome by arrangement for a fee of £20 each.

Oil central heating throughout - all fuel, logs for the fire, bed linen and towels are included in booking price.

If you're bringing a particularly cherished car or vintage vehicle we're able to organise garage parking by arrangement. 

A travel cot and highchair for a baby or toddler is available.

The cottage includes a free wireless internet connection.

Fuel for the woodburner is inclusive free of charge

A welcome pack of starter essentials is provided.  

BBQs are allowed - please bring along your own BBQ.
