Beautiful Dove Cottage offers an idyllic rural location and easy access to Harrogate (12 miles), Leeds and York via train links from Weeton and Huby just a 10 minute walk away. Leeds Bradford Airport is an easy drive to the south west. A real cosy retreat for two, Dove Cottage has a delightful wood burning stove, underfloor heating and stylish living areas. Free WiFi is inclusive and spectacular country views are from most windows. 

Inside

Perfect for couples and small family groups with a baby, a level area for unloading is just to the front of the property and living space is brimming with character features including a large hand-crafted kitchen/dining area with cosy underfloor heating from the property's own ground source heat pump.

A spacious beamed area is decorated in attractive greys and contains a dining table seating 4 guests, a stunning exposed stonewall plus a deluxe leather sofa bed and log burner. Traditional charm is combined with all modern comforts inclusive of a large TV, a DVD and a collection of DVDs, games and books.

A well equipped kitchen contains a microwave, fridge and a freezer. (Guests share a washer/dryer with next door).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Dove Cottage sleeps 2+2, with a cot and highchair happily supplied on request. Four steps lead down into the Master double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows affording views out to the courtyard and a unique French Cider Press feature. The modern bathroom has a bath with dual shower over, WC, a heated towel rail, shaver point and wash basin.

Please note that use of the sofa bed will incur a small charge of £25.

Outside

Access is out through a door to a sunny patio area with furniture and a BBQ. Off road parking for two cars is onsite. The cottage sits adjacent to Newby Farm Cottage sleeping five guests.

Other Things to Note

A welcome pack with fresh eggs and beverages is available on arrival.  Up to 2 pets are welcome for just £20 per pet - please keep pets on leads around farm animals.

Fuel, towels and bedlinen are included in booking and short breaks are offered.
