Spacious living areas for all family members, lovely outside areas as well. Twin room is small and without any clothes storage so teenage daughters lived out of a bag under their beds. We would definitely stay again but since booking have rescued a dog (which we had to leave behind on this occasion) and would need a dog friendly property next time. Note for owners - we did notice that the grill (top oven) didn't seem to work. It would be good to have a feedback book at the property to reiterate what a lovely stay we had and let know of any issues.

The cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed out stay there. The only small problem we had was that the grill did not work but we were able to use the oven instead.

Hornsea itself is a quiet place with plenty of places to eat and the beach was never crowded and only a 5 minute walk from the house. If we were to go back which we will we would like the bath towels to be a bit larger.
