With sun loungers, a summer house and a BBQ, the shared space here at Wold House is second to none.

Once you have explored the shared outside areas step inside the spacious open-plan living area. A large floor-to-ceiling picture window provides wonderful views out across the Yorkshire Wolds and floods the room with natural light. A contemporary kitchen sits to one end and offers a host of modern appliances including a dishwasher. The central island adds a little luxury too. Gather together on an evening at the dining table and enjoy some delicious home-cooked food. Deep filled sofas are placed to make the most of the views and a large wall mounted Smart TV will provide you with evening entertainment. Wold Retreat offers four beautifully presented bedrooms, three offering double beds and one twin room, three with their own Freeview TV. Two have an en-suite shower room, and a house wet room completes the accommodation. To the front of this holiday home is a private garden offering a large patio area with seating and a private hot tub.

Bridlington, 9 miles, has a wide sandy beach and pretty harbour offering boat trips, leisure facilities and a spa pavilion. RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton, 12 miles. This is an ideal location for enjoying the coast or country, with the traditional seaside resort of Scarborough and the rugged, unspoilt beauty of the North York Moors National Park 20 miles away. For an alternative day out, the ancient walled city of York is 25 miles away, with its magnificent minster, museums and a myriad of shops and cobbled alleyways. Burton Agnes Hall 5 miles, and fishing 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 18 guests.
