Peacefully situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, Old Cobbler's Cottage in North Dalton village is a beautiful oak beamed terraced cottage dating from the mid-19th Century. Bridlington and spectacular coastal walking around Bempton Cliffs are a mere 20 mile drive away and all within easy driving distance are the market town of Beverley with its magnificent cathedral, Driffield and Pocklington. The cities of Hull and York, both offering a wealth of museums and attractions, also sit conveniently close. The cottage is perfect for couples and for walking holidays, with wireless internet access available and off road parking provided.

Overlooking the village pond, our pretty Yorkshire Wolds cottage sleeps 4 guests and contains two bedrooms including a main pine double bedroom with ample attractive bedroom furniture and a fitted wardrobe. This bedroom has views across to the pond. Bedroom 2 is an attractive pine single bedroom also well equipped with furniture and a Z bed sleeping one guest. This room overlooks the garden and farmland beyond. The bathroom is a vari-speed shower inclusive of a wc, wash basin and shaver point and downstairs living space features a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven/ hob, a washer/ dryer, a fridge and a microwave. Relax in the sitting room with an open fire, tv, DVD, CD and video together with a radio cassette player.

A selection of DVDs, CDs, cassettes and videos ideal for all ages, are available in the cottage and the property also features an attractive Conservatory area which leads out on to the cosy patio with a barbecue, the perfect spot for alfresco dining and drinking. Character features include the boxed off traditional staircase leading to the upstairs area and the cottage has a delightful dining area with a collection of library books and games, plus views across to the pond. Off road parking is available on-site for one car and both electric central heating and wifi are inclusive. All electric, fuel, towels and bedlinen are fully inclusive and pets are welcome in the cottage by prior arrangement.
