Hamilton Lodge is an amazing holiday home. It is perfect for families of all ages, we had 3 generations. There was plenty of room for everyone and a very large garden for our 3 dogs. There is a path from the garden gate which goes down to the beach. The shop on the caravan park over the road is very convenient for basic items. The balcony is the perfect place for star watching on clear nights.

Very spacious property and gardens. The only complaint was that the oven in the main kitchen does not work. I note that other guests had reported this months ago. I rang Jayne on our first day to report it, she just said she would let the owner know. Catering for 9 people with just a small oven in the annexe wasn’t ideal. The only pub in the village is closed so the only place to go is the Parkdean resort.Overall we had a great time and if the owner could repair/replace the oven, it would be 5 stars.
