Guests say

Dip Tub Den is a well-received cottage offering a modern, clean environment with a luxurious hot tub and enclosed garden, ideal for dogs. Guests appreciate the peaceful setting, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The property's location is convenient for exploring Driffield and nearby attractions, with friendly neighbours adding to the charm. Some guests noted areas for improvement, but overall experiences were positive, with many considering a return visit.

The property is consistently described as clean and fresh, with a particular commendation for the cleaning staff. One isolated report of rats outside the property slightly impacts the score.

The location is praised for its tranquillity and proximity to Driffield, beaches, and local pubs. The inability to explore the farmland with dogs as advertised has been noted, but alternative walks were found.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the property well-furnished, though there are comments about an old, worn sofa and inadequate outdoor shade during a heatwave.

Facilities like the hot tub and kitchen are well-received, but maintenance issues such as a broken shower head holder and cleanliness of the outdoor area have been highlighted. The hot tub's privacy and a fault were also mentioned.

Welcome packs are appreciated, contributing to a thoughtful experience, though they vary and are not guaranteed. The provision of a floor fan during a heatwave and a Christmas tree were also noted as considerate touches.

A lovely well thought out barn with the added bonus of a hot tub. The interior designs using old farm machinery was a good idea and the areas were well laid out. Beds extremely comfortable and kitchen well stocked for rustling up a meal after a day out exploring the area. The only negatives and they are just small would be hooks on back of bathroom doors and some for hanging coats on and the TV signals in both bedrooms are very poor. On the whole it was a perfect relaxing holiday and would highly recommend.

Dip tub Den was a beautifully decorated and comfortable place to stay. It was lovely to go in the hot tub and it was very private. The barn was fairly close to lots of dog friendly beaches and places to visit.

Lovely modern clean cottage. Good welcome pack. The enclosed garden was ideal for the dogs. Luxurious hot tub at the end of the day. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the 450 acres of farmland to explore, as stated in your advert, because of the dogs. This was one of the main reasons why we booked the cottage. However we found alternative walks around the beautiful village of Skerne. The neighbours were extremely friendly. All in all we enjoyed a very pleasant relaxing week.
