As far as group accommodation goes, The Parade ticks some boxes.The house was clean and tidy upon arrival, but soon we noticed a few things that just weren’t quite right. It’s in a convenient location right on the seafront but parking & noise is a problem.The rooms are basic and the one en-suite shower leaked into the dining room - reported and no reply from the owner. The garden is poor and isn’t inviting at all - the weather was hot and we didn’t even bother sitting outside. The hot tub was ok. The dishwasher is tiny for the amount of guests it holds. The cooker hood didn’t work, meaning we had to keep doors open, causing a stand off between our dog and the seagulls, who were very brazen and tried to get in! There was a cracked tile in the kitchen leading down a step into the lounge area - this was a hazard for our two year old who uses her hands and bottom to get up and down the steps, so if you’re making a booking I’d make sure that this has been addressed & fixed. We have stayed in a large house previously in Bridlington and was of a better standard than this one.
