Mould in places, the shower rail was broken and it fell off on to my sons foot cutting it.The tap in the kitchen had a constant drip and was told it needed a washer but nothing was done. Radiator in the landing toilet wasnt working curtains in the main bedroom weren't secured so came off when opened, rocking chair need new foam , cracked sink basin in en-suite plus cracked floor tiles. It needs a deep clean. Its a shame because we have loved coming, the view is amazing and its very quiet. Staff at the Expanse are lovely . Hopefully the snags will be done and we would book it again.

The view is amazing, seeing the dolphins was the highlight of our trip. Had a enjoyable stay as always. The apartment is clean thank you to both Kaths. Think the apartment is due to a upgrade in some places but we would definitely book it again.
