A utility room completes the ground floor accommodation and provides a washing machine, additional storage, and access to the garden. Take the stairs to the first floor and find the final kingsize bedroom with a garden view. A toilet sits across the hall. French doors lead from the landing into the wow factor open-plan living space.
A floor-to-ceiling glass wall with bi-fold doors leads onto a large balcony with an unrivalled view of South Beach. The modern kitchen offers a host of appliances long runs of worktop space and a central island, the chef in the group will be thrilled to rustle up food in this kitchen which can be enjoyed at the dining table which sits close by. Deep-filled sofas and a feature armchair are perfectly placed to take in the magnificent views whilst a Smart TV will provide entertainment on an evening.
Open the bi-fold balcony doors and let the sea air inside; with additional seating, this glass-panelled balcony is the perfect place for watching the sun rise over the English Channel, whilst enjoying an early morning coffee. By far the best place we have ever stayed at. The views are to die for, looking over the sea, and watching the sun rise daily as we had unusually good weather for the last week in October.We’ve booked again for next September, as we basically could not get in before that, as I expect most people who have stopped here have basically booked the place out all the way from April to September.Just a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect except the beds, that were extremely uncomfortable. The location was spectacular, the property was outstanding and the views from the balcony amazing.Property could be enhanced by new mattresses.

Sandbanks is a beautiful house with amazing views, very clean with two living areas so plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our week away, the only downside was the comfort of the beds. The mattresses have toppers, however they aren’t as comfortable as we would have liked. However this would not deter us from returning, we would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family
