Queen B’s is a large, ground floor apartment and just a stone’s throw from the sea front in the harbour town of Bridlington on the stunning Yorkshire coastline. The large bay windows make it a bright and airy property, perfect for a small family or two couples who are seeking a traditional seaside break.
To the rear of the property you will find the main open plan living area with deep filled sofas surrounding a stone fireplace with electric wood burner; a real cosy space for relaxing on an evening after a long day exploring the local area. The kitchen area sits to one end and features wood cabinets and plenty of worktop space. The dining table offers plenty of seating for four where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or a delicious home cooked meal. The two bedrooms sit to the front of the property and benefit again from large bay windows. The smaller of the two, a twin room, has a sink within the room. The master bedroom offers a super kingsize bed and French doors lead out into the garden. The accommodation is completed with the family bathroom offering a sunken bath with corner seat and shower cubicle. There is a lovely garden to the front of the property with a large patio which is a sun-trap where you can relax with a good book and a glass of something cold. This property has the advantage of off road parking, which is a real luxury and rarely found in Bridlington.
Bridlington town centre offers a plethora of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. Along the sea front there are also numerous amusement arcades where you can while-away an hour of two enjoying the penny machines. Bridlington is the ideal base for nature and bird lovers. RSPB Bempton cliffs is a great destination and you can not visit without enjoying the cliff top walks round Flamborough. The stately homes of Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House and Sewerby Hall and gardens are also within a short drive of the apartment. The historic City of York is just under an hours drive, as is the magical seaside town of Whitby. This wonderful apartment is perfect for a seaside break at any time of the year.

This ground floor apartment with private garden is wonderful. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Our dog loved it too. And, the icing on the cake was the glorious sunshine every day in early March. Fabulous short break!

On this trip we have just rented 6 *removed by Feefo* and unfortunately this Apartment has proved to be a real disappointment for the following reasons:-1. The Double Bed is a Double Bed and not a King Bed as Advertised. It is a cheap Iron Frame Bed that is really worn, Sags in the middle and the Iron frame protrudes and digs into you- Really cheap and uncomfortable.2. There is no Desk or Table for Computer in the apartment.3. The Bright and Shiny Pictures of the Apartment as Displayed in the Cottages.Com Adverts are not real life it is Dark and uninviting. The Lighting is cheap and Dim.4. The Bath Towels are old. Worn and feel like Sand Paper.5. There is no Real heated Towel Rack in the Bathroom only a small Heating Radiator.6. There is no shelving in Shower for Soaps etc. and not Racks in the Bathroom for Bathroom essentials.7. There is no Dishwasher and we found the Crockery / Cutlery was stained / greasy so, we had to wash everything before we used it.8. The Grey Lounge in the Family Room is Dirty, Stained and fluid marks on the seats.9. There is a 7" drop from the Hallway to the Family Room and when the door is closed you cannot see the 6 inch x 3 inch Sign 7ft up at top of door nor the hazard strip as it is totally hidden when door is closed - This is dangerous Trip Hazard that all renters need to be made aware of before renting or entering the property' My wife fell when first entering the property in the dark hallway.10. Rubbish Bins - there are 7 x Rubbish Bins for all apartments in this block of units stored right outside the Kitchen Window. Yes! up against the wall right outside the window. 11. There are no Safety Rails on external entryway steps. A hazard for Disabled or elderly people entering the apartment.12. It is not a stone's throw from the Beach - Way over exaggerated - a Long walk for the Fit and Healthy.NB. When we complained to the Owners Daughter about some of the above she referred us to the Visitors Book and the Positive Comments, and she removed the Book from the apartment so as not to allow us to write anything derogatory about the apartment. Only nice comments are allowed in the Visitors Book.On the positive side: - A. The Car Parking is greatB. The Central heating was greatC. It is a quiet locationWe have full and supportive photographic record of all of the above.
