We had a super week in this peaceful and cosy cottage. Lovely views across the fields to the sea. Deer, hare, pheasants and other bird life in the meadow. Saw the barn owl on the last morning. There is a good wifi connection and a smart tv. Not far to the lighthouse at Flamborough Head for fabulous walks. Flamborough is very pleasant and only 4 miles to Bridlington. The cottage feels private and is very quiet just a few steps from the courtyard parking. The sunshine floods in to the cottage in the afternoon. We did wonder if a door curtain and kitchen blind could be fitted. The main bedroom is light and spacious with an en suite. Second bedroom smaller. Beds comfortable. We would most definitely return. Well-priced accommodation.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in this peaceful place. Its spacious and welcoming, and we had all the amenities we needed. The view is great, out over the fields towards the sea, and we spotted plenty of wildlife just outside of the front door. Theres a lot to do nearby, highly recommend the cliff top walks, a visit to the lighthouse to see the seals and Seabirds Restaurant. Just be aware that the OS coordinates will lead you up the road past the accommodation, and into a small cluster of holiday homes near the golf course, a nice lady told us that nearly everyone looking for the cottages end up at her house. Make sure you look for the sign for Ocean View on your right as you head up Lighthouse Road, if you get to the golf course youve gone quite a bit too far up.
