Modern, well equipped house which has been very well decorated. The kitchen/ dining area leading onto the garden is particularly nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms had a luxurious feel and the hot tub was a nice addition. The only couple of minor points was that the kitchen could have been better equipped with cooking utensils and knives, and the barbecue was rusty and unusable. Was not a massive issue for us but may be for some. Easily sorted and would not prevent me from recommending to others.

This house is a great location in Bridlington , I visited with my family for the Easter break, the house is so spacious for a large group of people and we had a dog too. It is a great base for a family get together, The beach and the centre of Bridlington is also a short walk therefore you do not always need to use the car.
