Crows Nest offers spacious, stylish accommodation with stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for families and couples alike. Guests consistently praise the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and excellent location near the beach and local attractions. While the exterior and communal areas of the building are in need of attention, the apartment itself is inviting and well-appointed. Some minor cleanliness and maintenance issues were noted, but overall, visitors enjoyed their stay and would recommend the property for its views, comfort, and convenience.
Most guests found the apartment clean and tidy, but several mentioned issues such as dusty blinds, cobwebs, dirty oven and toaster, and bird droppings at the entrance. These detracted from the overall impression, though the interior was generally well-kept.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, sea views, and easy access to Bridlington town and local attractions. Guests appreciated the peaceful setting and convenient parking.
Guests consistently highlighted the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet environment. The apartment layout and furnishings contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities, including multiple bathrooms, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. However, some guests noted issues such as the dated lift, lack of WiFi, closed balcony, and minor kitchen equipment shortages.

On arrival I was shocked at the poor state of the building. However the accommodation is lovely, very spacious and well equipped with outstanding views.Cleanliness let it down. The entrance to the building is tired and dirty. Bird poo splattered everywhere so could do with a clean up every so often. There were lots of cobwebs hanging from curtain rail wirh dead insects in the large bedroom. They had clearly been there along time. The kitchen blinds are covered in dust clearly not touched for time. Curtains hanging off the track in the main living area. The outside terrace is a great asset to the property however that and the furniture would benefit from a sweep from time to time

We stayed as a family of 4 with two girls aged 6 & 10. We absolutely loved it here. Ours girls' reaction when they walked into Crows Nest was magic, they were astounded by how lovely it was, they said they wanted to move in!The view of the sea from the main open plan living area is stunning, better than the pictures. The rooms are spacious and pretty and the beds were SO nice and big! The en-suite bathroom was large and just lovely. High quality fittings, including quartz worktops & big bath. But I'd say the shower controls need looking at, as we struggled to get the temperature to be stable with the wobbly handle, so used the shower in our daughter's room some days (no biggie).TVs in both bedrooms and living area. The roof terrace was also much larger than expected, with wooden table and chairs to use. Also a very handy clothes drying rack which dried our clothes very quickly in the wind! Great idea. Girls loved their room and en-suite too. There was also a 3rd toilet/cloakroom near the front door, and a washing machine, plus shoe rack. Dishwasher great too.Corner sofa spacious and comfy, with feather-filled scatter cushions. It just all felt like very good quality, really.Location-wise, we wanted to be at the top end of Bridlington, so we were close to days out in nearby Sewerby and Flamborough. You can see the cliffs from the roof terrace and the lighthouse light at night!Bridlington harbour, fairground & main shops about a 15min pleasant walk along to the prom to get to, passing beachfront cafes, lifeguard station, min golf etc. We spotted dolphin on one of these walks when the tide was in!As others have said, the hotel itself is old, but we liked its character and how super peaceful and quiet it seemed. We liked the retro lift, with the metal grate you pull across. We had no issues with it and used it multiple times in our week-long stay.Caution should be taken on the slope leading to the hotel though, as the paving is uneven in places. Nice planting bed on the way up the slope.Plenty of clean towels and toilet roll during our stay. Only minor improvements would be a few more teaspoons, the shower controls in the main bedroom, a dustbin & brush or mini hoover so we can clean up after ourselves a bit, plus a spare bin bag so we can empty the bin which was full half way through our week stay. Overall 5***** and would choose again if returning to Bridlington!

I would rename it “The Pigeon Loft”.The whole flat is very disappointing. No welcome back. No booklet listing doctors, dentists, what to do in a fire. No instructions about rubbish etc. A pigeon roost out of one window, we had to keep our curtain shut.Dead pigeon left outside one window in the bedroom.Mismatched crockery and glasses. No where to unpack. The small wardrobe was so full of bedding you couldn’t put clothes in it.Short gel, soap containers had run out and not been replaced. The worst cottages.com accommodation I have stayed in. I will be asking for a refund as it was overpriced.A great shame because it could have been lovely with a bit of care and attention.
