Wander to the harbour and admire at the private yachts and speedboats, see a range of birds and animals at Bridlington Animal Park or discover 14th century artwork at The Bayle Museum. Those looking to get their steps in can find local wildlife at Flamborough Outer Headlands Nature Reserve, Danes Dyke Nature Reserve, the Living Seas Centre and Selwicks Bay, where there are several stunning walks and wildlife spotting opportunities. An alternative to the traditional seaside, Bridlington Old Town is quaint, pretty and steeped in history. Further afield are the picturesque villages and scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby and the spectacular heritage coastline.
