Just a short walk from the north beach and promenade, this spacious detached single storey property is ideal for family holidays by the sea. Occupying a sunny corner plot on a residential avenue, with the delights of Bridlington offering plenty of activities for any age group. Walkers and bird watchers are well catered for, with Bempton rspb reserve nearby and the clifftop footpath running along the coastline. Sewerby Hall is close by with Burton Agnes Hall just a short drive away, and the coast has numerous places of interest with Filey, Scarborough and Whitby catering for all tastes. Beverley and York make interesting day trips whilst golfing enthusiasts will love the nearby golf course, 2½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

The location is great, only 5 minutes from North Beach and a couple of minutes to Tesco Express. Buses to Scarborough and Northlanding are close by. The property has two living spaces, two bedrooms, two toilets and a bright sunny kitchen dining area. Unlike other properties in the area it has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It had everything we need apart from a hairdryer and cleaning spray. The beds are comfy and it's had a new sofa this year which reclines. I've looked at other properties in the area but always come back to this one as it works for us.

Had a lovely stay at Comyn cottage. It was very comfortable and really quiet, had lots of space and everything we needed for a good holiday. We would definitely want to stay again some time.

This was our second visit to Comyn. It has everything you need for a comfortable week away from home. The beds are so comfortable too. The location is just a short walk from the seafront, shops and a pub. Hopefully we will be back again next year.
