Ideal for my needs, was able to unload before going to find a suitable on-street parking bay a 5 minute walk away but later managed to grab a space nice and close, in Walkergate. The apartment faces south so catches the sun and got pretty hot by late afternoon/evening but was able to open windows and skylight later to get a little cool breeze blowing through, and there is a fan provided too so not an issue. Well equiped and clean, I appreciated having an air fryer as well as the microwave, the only other thing I could have done with was a cafetiere. Would book again if/when I'm next in Beverley

Beautifully kept clean and comfortable compact apartment. Fantastic location and everything you need. The bed and pillow was so comfortable and the towels lovely and soft. Wifi was great too. The owner text 3 days before to see if we needed a parking permit, which we did. I can see why parking is an issue though as there are only four spaces on the nearby road but we were lucky enough to bag one, otherwise we would have been driving round to find one.The location is brilliant, with the bus station, large Tesco and the town a stones throw away. Beverley is lovely and well worth a visit. I would highly recommend staying in Holly’s Apartment and would book again if we ever come back.

Ideal base for anyone travelling alone or as a couple. The location of Holly's Apartment was perfect being just steps from the shops, restaurants, and sights of the beautiful market town of Beverley.Tucked away down a quiet close, this apartment had everything I could possibly have needed including an oven, 2 ring hob, large smart TV, excellent wifi, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, heated drying rack, iron (didn't use), and hair dryer. The bed was comfortable and the main lounge / dining / kitchen is spacious and bright. Also, the towels provided were lovely and fluffy.The owner was easy to reach by text and very helpful with arranging a visitor's parking permit (which I didn't use in the end). Looking at other rental properties in Beverley, Holly's is great value being substantially cheaper than the alternatives. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
