Perfect for up to 2 dogs so all the family can enjoy the comfort of this well-proportioned cottage. First Floor: Two double bedrooms and triple room. One family bathroom. Ground Floor: Kitchen/diner with dining for 6 and breakfast bar. Lounge with sofa bed sleeping for two. Bathroom. Access to enclosed garden and outdoor deck with hot tub.

The downstairs bathroom window strangely had clear glass which meant the black blind was permanently down. The shower cubicle was moldy. There’s plenty of mold remover sprays or good old fashioned bleach to use.The toilet brush looked as if things were living in it! I believe we should have been supplied anti bacterial hand wash, one in either bathrooms. None supplied so we bought our own for the two bathrooms.The fly problem mentioned earlier wasn’t helped by the dirtiest mop u can imagine and no lid for the bin.The saving grace was the hot tub and the extra large enclosed garden.This could be a fantastic place if more attention was made to the cleaningI don’t understand how they can ignore the cleaning basics especially during a pandemic.

Ash cottage was lovely, spacious and very quiet. Comfortable beds for a great night sleep. Could do with having plastic ( easy clean) draw storage in the bathrooms to put toiletries in and a towel rail other then that it was a great place to stay and have our staycation. Would recommend
