Waterside Lodge Six offers a spacious, modern, and well-equipped retreat in a peaceful canal-side setting, ideal for families and groups. Guests praise the comfortable beds, hot tub, and stylish interiors, with thoughtful touches such as towels and occasional welcome items. The location is tranquil yet convenient for local walks and nearby towns. While most found the property clean and relaxing, some noted occasional maintenance issues, minor cleanliness lapses, and odours. Overall, the lodge provides a relaxing and enjoyable stay with excellent amenities and a beautiful setting.
Most guests found the lodge clean and well-presented, with several describing it as spotlessly clean. However, a few reviews mentioned issues such as dirty outdoor areas, cobwebs, and some wear and tear, which brought the score down.
The location is widely praised for its peaceful setting by the canal, scenic walks, and proximity to Brighouse and Elland. Some guests noted it can be tricky to find in the dark and is a short drive from amenities, but overall the setting is a highlight.
Guests appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious layout, and relaxing atmosphere. Some mentioned issues with heating in winter, noise due to open-plan design, and limited seating for larger groups, but overall comfort was rated highly.
The lodge is well-equipped with modern amenities, a hot tub, log burner, and smart TV. Some maintenance issues were noted, such as worn furniture, minor repairs needed, and occasional hot tub or drainage concerns, but facilities generally met or exceeded expectations.
Guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as towels, utensils, and sometimes milk or extra amenities on arrival. Please note that these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

These lodges were in a beautiful location, lots to do locally and we had a great family break. Really large lodge with hot tub and 3 bathrooms. Cleanliness and comfort were great as well.

Lovely week end away with the girls (Mum, sister, daughter and niece). Perfect spot and great restaurant near by (Casa) and close to Halifax for a spot of shopping. Very peaceful and relaxing setting and the lodges are spotlessly clean and tastefully presented. The hot tub is a lovely bonus. Would definitely recommend.
