The Coach House in the Yorkshire Dales is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Guests appreciate the well-equipped space and the welcoming touches, including a welcome pack and festive decorations. The property's location offers beautiful countryside views and is convenient for local attractions, despite some concerns about the access road condition.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently describe the property as 'spotless' and 'immaculately clean', indicating a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the cottage.

The location is generally praised for its beautiful countryside and proximity to local attractions. However, the condition of the access road has been mentioned as a concern, slightly affecting the score.

Reviews highlight the property as comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a cosy atmosphere. The spaciousness and home-like feel contribute to a high comfort level.

The cottage is well-equipped, but some guests suggested improvements such as a washing machine over a dishwasher and modernising the TV. The road condition also falls under this category, which has been a point of contention for some.

Many guests were touched by the thoughtful gestures, such as welcome packs and decorations. While these gifts are highly appreciated, it's important to note that such extras are subject to change and not guaranteed.

The house was a real home from home and very well equipped. Quiet area overlooking lovely fields. The only minor downside is that there is no washing machine though this wasn’t an issue for us. Thank you and we will certainly rebook.

Everything you would need for a staycation. The welcome gift was lovely touch, everything was spotless and well thought out. It was our first time away with our puppies and was great. Loved the under floor heating in the kitchen. Only thing we would say is the decking outside was very slippy(our little girl fell a couple of times) also due to the amount of rain we been having the Astro turf on walkway to house was really wet (even though it didn’t rain much whilst we were there) so just meant we had to be on it with our three little girls and drying the puppies feet every time they came in from outside. We would definitely recommend, Sue was so prompt with getting back to us with any issues and a perfect host
