It is often tough to find a place that genuinely accommodates a larger group comfortably, but this property managed it flawlessly.There was plenty of space for all eight of us to relax without ever feeling like we were on top of one another. The house is incredibly comfortable and well-laid out. A massive bonus was the kitchen—it was fully stocked with more than enough crockery, plates, and utensils for a large group, which made cooking and eating together completely stress-free.The property is set in a truly beautiful location, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our host was fantastic throughout—extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive to our needs from the moment we booked until the day we checked out.We couldn't have asked for a better base for our group getaway. Highly recommended for family gatherings or trips with friends!

A family group of 4 couples. We had a great stay everyone loved the place. Perfect space for a group this size to relax together and still have your own space. It’s clear that a lot of love has been put into renovating the old farm buildings by the owners and trying to maintain a lot of its original character. Sarah has been an amazing host. We had to contact her twice during our stay about very minor things and she responded immediately. The kitchen was amazing well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans etc.Perfect place, perfect location, perfect hosts.We wish Sarah, her dad and the team all future success. This project is clearly a labour of love for them.Thank you.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. We were 8 adults attending an event in Keighley and we walked to Oakworth Station, which took approximately 40 minutes. An Uber home later from Oxenhope cost about £12 per car. The bedrooms were all a good size, with three out of four having en-suites, and all had their own WC.Sarah was a great host. She messaged to let us know the property was ready, so we were able to check in earlier than planned, which was a lovely bonus.The showers were excellent — some of the best we’ve experienced! The house was lovely and warm, and the allocated parking area accommodated all four of our cars (it was a little compact for 4 cars, 3 cars fits better).The property has character and everything you need to cook meals, including oils, sauces and seasonings. The kitchen was really well equipped, and we cooked a roast dinner on Sunday. We didn’t end up using the dining room as the kitchen table was so spacious and ideal for us. The freezer has a built-in ice maker, and there were spare bags of ice available on the shelves — thoughtful little touches that made our stay even nicer.There are some lovely walks nearby, and the property looks like it would be suitable for guests travelling with dogs.The welcome pack was a lovely touch, too.Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped property with a great host. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.
