This is our second visit there. The barn is stunning, very comfortable and peaceful. It's in a stunning area. The owners are fantastic and very friendly. We will be booking again!!

It was very cosy and met our accommodation needs 100%. The games room was enjoyed very much! There is ample parking which we appreciated as our adult children stayed in the cottage and my husband and I visited meaning four cars were parked up at times. The farm eggs were also a lovely touch - thank you. The owner made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating. We will definitely return.

What an amazing place almost magical, my children were ready to move in! Everything you needed was at the barn, I took tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and dog bowls etc but it was so well equipped I needn't of bothered. Katie and David have thought of everything! On entering the property on arrival there was a basket on the table with fresh eggs from the farm, biscuits, tea towel, snacks a little welcome note all in a lovely little basket. I have a toddler and was a bit worried about the stairs after reading the reviews but they are fine and beautiful. Each step has large flat grips on them and they were normal size if not bigger than normal and they had a wooden gate at the top which stopped the dogs from getting up and said toddler from falling down, such a relief. Everywhere had blankets if needed my girls loved the sheep ones and an extra quilt for the main bed although it was warm enough we didn't need it. The children loved the playroom and just everything you can imagine was thought of at this barn. It was beautiful and the decor was just perfect for an old barn. I must also add I wasn't kept up by dogs or heard them hourly, they do have dogs but further away from the property and its a working farm in the countryside so you are surrounded by nature and farm. The views are amazing and so much to do right on the doorstep, literally! If you walk out of the barn there is a footpath behind the owners property that takes you across a field over a small road and small footpath again to three chimneys cottage from the film the railway children at the bottom of the hill is the railway line that was used and you can still journey on a steam train if you wanted. Haworth is along the road and home to the bronte sisters and lovely quaint shops. Katie and David are amazing people, i was a bit worried at first being so close to the owners property but they didn't interfere or come over it was i that was popping to see them. Such interesting people and katie showed us her harps and played for us, my autistic daughter never talks but happily talked to katie and fell in love with the harp, will definitely be booking again! Thank you Kate and David for a magical week! X
