Nearby, the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, provides a lovely day out with a regular service to the old village of Oxenhope.

Further 10-15 min walk to the main street. Ideal location. There are some steep steps into the apartment but not a concern. Apartment was decorated nicely and was spacious. There were 6 of us staying and we had adequate room, just made sure there was a rota for the bathroom! Kitchen was a lovely size and very well equipped. Overall a really pleasant stay over the new year period. Only issue was the lack of blinds on windows, we all struggled to sleep once it was daylight. We would highly recommend but would be hesitant if any of us had mobility issues. Parking outside the apartment on a really steep hill but there are other places to park of needed.

Great apartment, very spacious and fab decor! Great location too. Minor niggles of lack of handbook covering details of rubbish disposal etc and blinds needed in the double bedroom but wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return again. Many thanks.

It is very handy for the public transport, bus and Worth Valley RAILWAY. Two good shops near by. It would have been good to get some direction for things like whether to strip beds, where and when to leave rubbish as there was no instruction anywhere in the flat. The living room is nice and large and we found d it quite warm and comfortable. The kitchen is nice and Large and adequately stocked though there were only 2 of us. The bedrooms were comfortable but as others have pointed out really need blinds fitted on the skylight windows - at this time of year it was fine but in high summer with sun streaming in from4 o'clock it could be a problem. The very very low roofs made it a careful walk around the bedrooms. Similarly we had to be careful if going downstairs to the bathroom in the night due to the half step at the foot of the stairs but I left my torch out for that purpose. The front door step and immediate steep staircase mean it is worth saying that it isn't really suitable for anyone with a moderate mobility problem. For us though none of these issues were unmanageable and we still had a good time in a well located, perfectly fine property
