Lovely comfortable cottage used as a knitting break for Yarndale. Perfect for a couple of friends but not enough seating in sitting area if 4 people staying. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Views are lovely and close to Haworth. Would happily book again.

A nice cottage fairly well equipped, a larger coffee pot would have been good so could make more than 1 mug at a time.

Lovely cottage and garden with great views. Close to Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. The closest station Oakworth was used in the 1970 film "The Railway Children". I would recommend a day rover ticket. For Bronte fans Haworth Parsonage museum is interesting and the walk to the Bronte waterfalls is a must. East Riddlestone Hall (NT) is also worth a visit. The house and barn are very interesting and the grounds go down to the River Aire. It also has an excellent tea shop! The area is great for walks and wildlife. We saw fallow deer, rabbits, bats and lots of birds including a kingfisher and chiff chaffs.I would also recommend two local pubs, The Grouse and The Turkey both serving excellent food and real draught ale.
