Skipton is nearby with its cobbled streets and delightful castle, while further afield is the Victorian spa town of Harrogate, boasting fabulous shops, an excellent theatre and the fantastic Royal Pump Room Museum. A wonderful Haworth holiday cottage, perfect for exploring all this lovely area has to offer.

The small village of Haworth is famous as the home of the Bronte sisters, but today the village is also well known for its antique shops, alleyways and cobbled streets. Nearby is the Worth Valley Railway which has a regular service to Oxenhope and was brought to prominence in the film 'The Railway Children.' Other attractions and places to visit are Bronte Parsonage museum, East Riddlesden Hall and the Museum of Rail. Also a short drive away is the market town of Skipton, which is often referred to as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.
