About this property

This stunning end-terrace cottage can be found resting amidst the wonderful countryside of West Yorkshire, just one mile from the charming village of Oxenhope. Its charming and welcoming interior, as well as its excellent location for touring the area make this the perfect stay for a small family wishing to get away for a while. The cottage's tastefully furnished living area greets you as you step inside; firstly, you will discover the welcoming sitting area accompanied by a stunning woodburning stove and a TV to gather around during those cosy nights in. A delightful wooden dining table can be found next, with a sumptuous kitchen completing the layout in style. A set of beautiful Art Deco-style stairs lead you up to the first floor, where you will find a heart-warming king-size bedroom boasting rustic wooden features and an en-suite with a bath and shower. The property's second bedroom is also accessed through here, housing a comfortable single bed which enjoys a lovely peaceful layout. Outside of this high-quality hideaway, you will find a wonderful south-facing garden, where you can sit and admire the scenery with your morning drink, or perhaps an evening tipple or two. The charming little village of Oxenhope sits close by, offering a small selection of lovely local amenities. Also close by is the popular tourist spot of Haworth, home to the well-known Bronte Parsonage Museum. Also within easy reach is the fascinating market town of Skipton, lined with stunning architecture and a wealth of fine amenities. Use this characterful, pretty cottage as the base for your next Yorkshire break.

The village of Oxenhope, in a fine walking area, has shops, churches and pubs. The area was made famous by the Bronte sisters, whose family home can be visited in nearby Haworth. The area abounds with popular places to visit; Haworth, East Riddlesden Hall and the Museum of Rail to name but a few. Skipton, Harrogate and Leeds are also reachable slightly further afield.
