Heysham Retreat was a great base for exploring the surrounding area. It was comfortable, well furnished and equipped, with nice touches to the decor. It had good privacy, as an annex to the adjacent house. The hosts were available, but low profile.

Everything you could need for your stay was thought of, including a generous welcome pack. Beds/seating comfortable and property very clean. Only thing to consider if you have mobility issues, is that the steps in and out of the doors are higher than normal from the ground outside.

Absolutely lovely property which is comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Central location which makes it easy to get to all the little Cotswolds villages. Hosts are very welcoming and on hand should you need them. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.
