Keen walkers will enjoy hikes around Cotswold Way, will appreciate the 160 acres of parkland across Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens, or perhaps you’ll prefer a relaxing stroll around the manicured grounds of Sezincote House. The heating problem we had on arrival was swiftly sorted by the next day. A new boiler had been installed only days earlier, these things happen. Owners are on site and we’re very friendly & helpful. Very quiet spot and so handy for Broadway Tower with cafés etc just a short walk away. Our only suggestion is that a few rugs covering the stone floor in the bedroom would make the room more cosy. Other than that Rookery Hall was very spacious and well equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. Thank you Ian & Debbie.

! If we could give it 10 stars, we would. A beautiful, grand building, hand-crafted by the owner of the farm (a professional builder), which is spacious, warm, extremely comfortable, full of character and richly appointed. Perfectly located in a private farm with views of sheep grazing in the paddocks and pheasants roaming freely, with easy access to all the Cotswolds towns - Broadway, Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Chipping Norton, and the list just goes on!! And, to top it all off, our Hosts, Debbie and Ian, and their parents Chris and Diane, were delightful people who made us feel so very welcome (thank you!!). We cannot recommend Rookery Hall highly enough and we would not hesitate to book again in the future. We loved it!!
