The Cider Press in Great Malvern is a charming and quirky cottage praised for its warmth, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Guests enjoyed the private garden, proximity to local attractions, and the cosy atmosphere. Some noted the property's historical character and found it to be a peaceful retreat. While there were minor comments on maintenance and a faint boiler smell, the overall sentiment is positive with guests expressing a desire to return.
Guests consistently described the cottage as clean and tidy, with no mention of mould, which is often a concern in older properties. The positive remarks on cleanliness suggest a high standard maintained by the hosts.
The location is appreciated for its proximity to the Malvern Hills, local towns, and attractions. While some guests mentioned the lack of pavements on nearby roads, the overall feedback highlights the convenience and beauty of the setting.
Comfort is a strong point for The Cider Press, with guests finding the beds amazing and the living spaces warm and cosy. The presence of squeaky floorboards was a minor drawback for some.
Facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and secure space for pets. However, comments about the need for TLC, a wet room shower screen, and a boiler renewal indicate room for improvement.
While guests have had positive experiences, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess this category.

What a wonderful everything! We were delighted to stay in such a lovely, quirky, beautifully refurbished cottage. We all slept like logs on comfy, clean beds. Couldn't fault any of it,would stay again in a heartbeat if I'm in the area again. Thanks! :)
