Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01789 613 808 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information (In Premier accommodation only) : Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. Important travel COT information Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01789 613808 for more information if a cot is needed.

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful place. We loved the lodge, it was super warm and cosy heating system is amazing. The bath was just such a bonus. We loved that it was dog friendly that was the reason we choose this one. Thr staff were so polite, friendly and couldnt do ebough to help any time we had any issues which were because we just were not used to new facilities within thr cabin, we had no issues at all with the cabin. We paid for early check in which was great 2hrs cost £25 but I do have to day. We went for a look round sute and found where our lodge was when we arrived at 10.20. The lodge was already cleaned and ready fir us but unfortunately the new management wouldnt allow people in before 2pm. Which I thought was a bit mean, especially when it was ready for us and we had paid for early check in..thought that time is 2pm instead of 4pm. That and the only thing I can moan about. We loved our time there.

Perfect cosy lodge for two people. Nice big sofa and bed both very comfortable. Lovely, large bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath. Very, very warm inside the lodge, even though it was freezing outside.Everything you could need in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer. The only thing we noticed was that if we'd been there for a longer stay, there was no spare cupboard space for storing food.Very peaceful outside.
