The lodges have everything you need and the views over Hartshill Hayes Country Park were beautiful especially at sunset. We were lucky enough to see deer and squirrels during our stay. The local pub/restaurant is footsteps away where the atmosphere, food and service was amazing. We met the lovely owners during our stay who were super helpful & understanding when we realised we had booked one day less than we thought! They were very patient as we checked out late. We would definitely stay again when back in the UK itâs the perfect location for a Midlands base.

The accomodation is spotless, modern and well appointed. What we particularly liked during our stay was the peace and quietâ¦. The local restaurant (Malt Shovel) served fabulous food. Overall 10/10 for our stay.

It is beautifully decorated, has a great comfy bed and is in a lovely location with a peaceful views. The Malt Shovel pub is within walking distance and they do good (huge!) meals and there is also a local shop. But within easy short drive of bigger shops if needed. We visited Stratford-on-Avon and Lichfield and enjoyed both. The owners are so friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!
