Nestled in a row of four cottages is this quaint cottage located on a working farm surrounded by rolling hills on the edge of the Peak District is perfect for couples, friends and small families.

Steam Railway Churnett Valley is a short drive away and provides a wonderful opportunity to hop on a steam train and enjoy the ride. At the bottom of the valley is the Caldon canal with miles of waterside walkways to enjoy, if walking in the countryside is your thing then you might well have found the perfect place with an abundance of footpaths and bridleways that meander through the surrounding area. Alton towers is just six miles away and offers rides for the thrill seekers and Cbeebies land for the little ones just a short drive from Stoke, Birmingham, Derby and Stafford, yet in a tranquil world all of its own. Step into the hallway with space to store your coats and shoes, wander through to the kitchen/diner which offers everything you need to rustle up a good meal during your stay including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Come together around the dining table and plan the day's activities ahead. Put your feet up in the lounge after a memorable day exploring the surrounding area, curl up on the sofa with a good book or pop something on the TV and chill. There is also a handy downstairs bathroom with shower and WC. Heading up the stairs, there is a double master bedroom with a TV and en suite shower and WC. There is a further twin bedroom with TV and en suite shower and WC. Outside there is seating immediately outside the cottage providing a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Situated a short walk away is the shared gardens. You can enjoy a shared indoor play barn 'messy barn' for the kids, with mud kitchens, sand and water play, little bikes and cars and painting. There is a dart board and fire pit with chairs for adults with board games and jigsaws. There are chickens at the farm and you are welcome to join the owners letting them out and collecting the eggs. There is off road parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 2 en suite showers and WC and a downstairs shower and WC.
