Guests say

1 Kingswood Cottage in Solihull receives high praise for its modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and convenient location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and the added luxury of a hot tub. The property's proximity to local pubs, supermarkets, and scenic canal walks enhances the stay. While most reviews are glowing, a few guests mention minor issues, but these do not detract from the overall positive experience.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as spotless, indicating a high level of cleanliness. One isolated incident regarding maintenance visits does not significantly impact the overall impression of a well-kept property.

The cottage's location is frequently praised for its proximity to local pubs, supermarkets, and scenic walks along the canal. Its accessibility to nearby towns and attractions like Stratford upon Avon adds to its appeal.

Reviewers are very satisfied with the comfort provided by the cottage, mentioning ultra-comfortable beds and a relaxing hot tub. The secure garden for dogs also contributes to a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a fully equipped kitchen and secure parking. However, the mention of a missing microwave and the need for hot tub maintenance suggests room for improvement in this category.

The owners are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of welcome gifts such as flowers and Prosecco. While these gestures are appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

We enjoyed fantastic food & atmosphere at the local, The Boot Inn. A memorable bike ride with our bulldog in tow to Tom o the Woods & The Navigation Inn, who kindly borrowed us matches to light the log fire on our first night. We wish we could have stayed longer, with so much more to explore at nearby Stratford upon avon, Leamington Spa & NT properties. The cottage was well equipped & extremely comfortable. Hot tub & log burning fire made for a very relaxing stay on a drizzly Saturday. The spa robes, fizz, flowers and welcome card were a lovely personal touch. Thank you! We highly recommended Kingswood Cottage and will sure to be back.

We had an incredible stay and the cottage is exactly as per the photos. One thing to note was that there was no tea or coffee, and there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine. Not sure if the guests before us had used the last of them, or if they were just forgotten to be topped up. Everything else was immaculate.

) Our dog, River, loved walking by the canal and was exhausted every night We will definitely be back when the weather is nicer!
