There are some lovely walks around the property, though some were a bit challenging after all the wet weather this year, but we saw deer and several hares. The water pressure was very low, especially in the upstairs rooms, making the showers disappointing.

Very beautiful, in fact it was stunning and everyone was impressed. The spiral staircase was a real problem for us as it is the height of two normal flights of stairs and ages away from the bathroom. It was the only downfall. Kitchen was well equipped and Karen the Manager really helpful.

The half mile lane to get to the property is only suitable for 4x4s or SUVs, anything else and youâre likely to damage the bottom of your car. Three of the bathrooms and the kitchen had no hot water for our stay. The bedroom up the spiral staircase isnât suitable for use. The stairs are a risk for anyone too old or young and there are no blinds in the window so itâs too bright for sleep.
