Chirbury 3.6 miles. This contemporary and ingeniously designed S-Pod 6 enjoys a tranquil setting within a beautiful part of the Shropshire Hills. Combining ‘Nebraska Oak’ woodgrain with ‘Jackson Pine’ contrast, this is a truly idyllic retreat, capable of comfortably sleeping six people thanks to a clever raised bunk area. Fusing an open plan feel with an efficient footprint, there is sophisticated kitchen/diner with a range of integrated appliances, enhanced with under cupboard LED strip lighting and a tile effect acrylic kitchen splashback. The large fixed L shaped sofa features an extra wide foldout bed, creating an additional sleeping spot, while the shower room boasts a large shower enclosure and vanity cupboard with sink. To the outside lies a private decking with a sheltered area, along with a pretty picnic and barbecue for those summer afternoons. Jacob’s Meadow Pod 2 ticks all the boxes for a relaxing retreat. Chirbury is a village in west Shropshire, England situated in the Vale of Montgomery, close to the Wales–England border. In the village is a village hall, a large public house called The Herbert Arms, and a post office, which is also the village shop. Montgomery is a short drive away and is popular with tourists. The town has a delightful selection of individual shops and a variety of pubs and restaurants, including the Michelin star restaurant, The Checkers, a fabulous way to make your holiday truly special. A few miles to the south is the historic market town of Bishop's Castle, an excellent place for a day or night out with its excellent pubs, live music and festivals throughout the year. A charming destination for a holiday.

    Due to the weather I would suggest some salt for the stairs up and path but otherwise an amazing stay.
