The old Milking Parlour was lovely, just what we wanted, nice and quiet and secluded. But only a short drive from Weksh mountains. The accommodation was done to a high standard and very tasteful decor. Lucy, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a nice relaxing break.

The bungalow was excellent. Apart from being a welcoming place to stay from the outside, it was excellently furnished inside with great beds beautifully turned out. Plenty of space for two people and a wonderful bathroom with a big space for pakking. It was a well located area, very peaceful with country lanes but not too far from main roads to bigger towns, i.e. Shrewsbury, Oswestry and a little further away, Chester. There was a small kitchen and sizeable pantry and everything you would need for your stay . We found the cottage very easily, (only one missed turning) our fault, but we had a very peaceful stay which was what we were after. We will be recommending the cottage to all our friends and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful country break but also easy access to enjoy the surrounding area and outlying towns, and if you had young children there were plenty of places to visit nearbyWe would like to thank the owners for their perfect little cottage break along with the welcoming pack. Diolch yn fawr.

Charming place, perfect for two widowed octogenarian ladies. We walked, went to National Trust properties and visited Shrewsbury on a very wet day. Plenty to do with a map and a bit of planning. We discovered Local churches and much more because of leaflets left in cottage. Ready meals from supermarket as did not fancy driving in dark lanes from pubs at night, but no problem. Even had fresh bread, fresh eggs, milk and butter on arrival. Huge thanks to owners.
