Guests consistently highlight the high standard of cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The owners are frequently described as friendly and helpful, often providing local recommendations. While parking and the number of bathrooms for larger groups are occasional minor drawbacks, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.
Cleanliness is repeatedly praised, with guests describing the property as spotless, very clean, and well maintained. Only one or two minor mentions of issues (such as small towels) were noted, but these did not detract from the overall impression.

Guests find the house extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, cosy beds, and inviting communal areas. Occasional comments about the number of bathrooms for large groups and small towels are noted, but comfort remains a strong point.
The property is described as very well equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen, ample crockery, and thoughtful touches. Minor issues such as TV problems, parking arrangements, and a lack of extra toilets for large groups are mentioned, but overall facilities are highly rated.

A luxurious bedroom each, 5 bathrooms, furnished and equipped to the highest quality, everything we needed for self catering. The outside space was a real bonus for our morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Well located in walking distance of the railway station, supermarkets, great choice of pubs & restaurants, the shops and castle. Lovely to meet the owners and learn about the history of the house. Highly recommended!
