The charming village of Rushbury sits amongst the rolling hills of the Apedale Valley, between historic Much Wenlock and Church Stretton. An area that s perfect for exploring the outdoors with many well marked foot paths that will take you into the countryside and Shropshire hills. The area is rich in history with many attractions within easy reach to include the Severn Valley Railway, Stokesay Castle and the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. The vibrant towns of Church Stretton, Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Ludlow are also within easy driving distance, offering a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Shropshire offers a vibrant events calendar with many festivals and local events throughout the year to include The Ludlow medieval and food festival, The Ironbridge George Walking festival and Church Stretton Arts festival. Set within a courtyard of beautifully converted byres within an established working farm, step through the original bricked archway into the barn where you will be pleasantly surprised by the exposed beams and contemporary style that the owners have created.
