About this property
A superb semi-detached barn conversion on 11 acres, on the owner's smallholding with Alpacas and Black Sheep, just 3 miles from Ross-on-Wye. Well-decorated and furnished open plan cottage accommodation. Ideal for couples or small families. Note: This property can accommodate four people or be booked with Ref. 2537 to accommodate up to 8 people.
Howle Hill is a tiny hamlet that nestles on the hills overlooking the stunning Wye Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Perfectly located between Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth, two ancient market towns with magnificent timbered Tudor buildings, old market halls, great shops, restaurants and pubs, Howle Hill has spectacular views towards the Royal Forest of Dean. The lovely River Wye offers many recreational opportunities – take a stroll along the banks, hop on a scenic river cruise or take in the breathtaking views from the vantage point of a hot air balloon. Venture to the 12th century Goodrich Castle, or stride out along Offa's Dyke or the Wye Valley Walk - why not take the ferry to the Wye Valley Visitors Centre too?
