I don't think it's unfair to say this property is in need of updating. It's tired and needs some love. I would make good and charge more it's worth it. The character, (15th century) makes up for some of the short fall. The location, garden and pond is just perfect. So quite and relaxing. The grounds include a vineyard of which produces very fine wine, converted us! Jamie is a fine host. Ideal for a mini break.
