Great comfortable lodge with fabulous hosts.

The Lodge at Forbury Cottage was very comfortable. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, with everything necessary for a self-catering holiday. The hosts, Graham and Teresa, were very friendly and able to offer ideas and suggestions for places to eat etc. We also enjoyed fresh produce from their veg plot and greenhouse. The Lodge is very private with its own dedicated parking space. There are no shops in the village but the Stockton Cross pub is within easy walking distance (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays when we were there). The A49 is only a couple of minutes’ drive meaning that Leominster, Ludlow and Hereford are all within easy reach. We would happily stay again and/or recommend The Lodge to family and friends. Thank you!
