Tim and Karen made us very welcome and were available if we needed further advice and help in any way. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend as a base for local touring around.

It was extremely quiet and the bedrooms were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen/living room. Tim the farmer was very friendly, as were the two farm dogs, and we enjoyed seeing birds and rabbits in the garden and farmyard. It was a very good base for trips around the region.
