Renovated in 2019, Belfield is a beautiful cottage in the heart of Herefordshire, perfect for families and couples who are looking for that home-from-home feel in the middle of the countryside. The cottage is perfectly situated, being only 5 miles from the popular town of Ledbury where there is a train station with links to Birmingham, London and Hereford as well as great restaurants and shopping opportunities. You will find a local shop and garage 3½ miles away at Newtown Cross, another at Fromes Hill, 4 miles. There are a couple of pubs in Bishops Frome, 3½ miles, and a dining pub in Staplow, 3½ miles in the other direction. A good golf course is situated just 5 miles from the cottage.
Belfield cottage has been furnished to a good standard, giving you a warm and comfortable feel throughout your stay. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living space full of character with exposed beams. Double doors lead out onto the patio area which gives onto a large lawn and distant woodland views. The ground floor also includes a family bathroom and a bedroom, which can be a double or a twin. Upstairs, you will find the second double bedroom, again with the option to make it a twin room. This bedroom includes an en-suite with a shower.

Belfield is a lovely place, it has everything you need in the accommodation, it is set in a nice quiet location but it has easy access to all the surrounding places and countryside that you would want to explore. If we were to visit this area again I would certainly book Belfield again for our well equipped and comfortable accommodation. Everything was there that we needed.

What an absolute gem of a place. Belfield has everything you might possibly need for a home from home holiday, it's spotlessly clean, super comfy and set in a beautiful garden and location. The host, Julie, her gorgeous dogs and her chicken make the best neighbours, all lovely and friendly.I cannot fault it, it has be one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I've ever stayed. There was a great and very much appreciated welcome pack with some delicious homemade muffins on arrival.Ledbury isn't too far away for food shopping and we had a good meal at The Oak in Staplow.We didn't want to leave.

Absolutely lovely accommodation , can’t fault it Cozy and welcoming with all the lovely touches, including welcome treats and a home made lemon curd cake !Julie the owner lives next door but although grim and welcoming was also respectful of our space We had a wonderful experience and will certainly be booking again
