Extremely clean, comfortable and well thought out. Good directions regarding location and parking etc. Great garden for dogs - very secure for the majority though our Patterdale terrier did look at jumping the gap by the steps on the right of the patio but then she has been known to be an escape artist! Lovely walks from the door including a 5 mile relatively flat round robin walk to Kemerton where there is a pub and coffee house (during our stay the latter was open thurs to Sunday). Would love to visit again later in the year to do more exploring in the area. Thank You for a lovely holiday. Caroline, Tim and Bobbie

Jan and Nick were very friendly and gave us a welcome pack of goodies which was a lovely surprise. The small fenced garden was great for our small dog and it would be lovely in the summer sitting out on the patio watching the birds. Even with rainy British weather we managed to visit many Cotswolds villages and had afternoon tea at the Broadway Tower restaurant. We had a relaxing break and hope to return in the future.
