Brook Cottage is a charming mews-style cottage situated in a peaceful, rural part of Paignton surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is an ideal retreat for a couple. All laid out over one floor, accessed via 12 steps, the cottage has been finished beautifully with pine flooring throughout.

It has a parking space for one car and a decked patio accessed from the living area where you can sit out and relax.

Paignton and Goodrington beaches are just a short drive away as are many of the attractions including the Zoo, Quaywest Water Park and Youngs Park.

The charming village of Stoke Gabriel is a short drive away and situated on a creek of the River Dart.  From the village centre you can walk down to the creek where you will find a Mill Pond and quay on the river just perfect for fishing, sailing, relaxing, feeding the ducks and swans and for the children to go crabbing.

Close to the cottage there is also plenty to do whatever the weather including a leisure centre with indoor heated swimming pool, learner pool, gym, sauna and steam room.  And, for keen anglers, there are six coarse fishing lakes at a local farm. Suitable for both beginners and the more experienced angler, these lakes are stocked with carp, tench, perch, roach, rudd, bream and eels, and offer some of the most rewarding and pleasant angling in the country.
