A traditional fisherman's cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham's picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious lounge on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.
The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and wifi. It is situated at the top of a small flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.
Due to the steep stairs at this property may be unsuitable for people with walking difficulties or children under 5

The cottage was lovely, very clean and cosy it was well equipped. Views from the lounge were to die for. It had an excellent location, but the pictures on the website simply don't do it justice. I will definitely return.

Pilgrims Cottage is just a flight of steps away from the harbour. It is a comfortable, very well equipped cottage spread over 3 floors. The top floor living room has a great view over the harbour, particularly at night. Also, excellent Wi-Fi. Housekeeping came to replace some bulbs within a few hours and on a Sunday. That is impressive I think. Highly recommended.

We came across Blue Chip Holidays while searching for a short break for my partner and myself and our 2 little dogs, we really wanted to go to Brixham and decided to choose Blue Chip Holidays purely because of their professional attitude and friendliness when helping us decide where to stay and with our booking, their website is packed with information about the properties available and the photographs made deciding which one to stay at so much easier. Pilgrims Cottage is a quaint little place and it is by far the best equipped holiday accomodation we have ever stayed in, although some of the equipement is a little dated it just adds to the feel of the cottage, the large dining area and very well equiped kitchen are ideal for large families the king size bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom well laid out with the original fireplace taking centre stage - the views over the working harbour from the living room were breathtaking with ample opportunities to just sit in the warm (we went in November) with your favourite tipple and watch the world go by - even the narrow spiral staircase tends to grow on you - the cottage is in an ideal location with everything you need within walking distance. We would definately highly reccommend both Blue Chip Holidays and Pilgrims Cottage to anyone and will definately return to Pilgrims Cottage. Thank You Blue Chip Holidays
