If you enjoy bird watching, the chalet is approx 35 minutes from Minsmere. Also Benacre, which is a short walk from the chalet, leads to Cove Hythe. The walk never fails to give breath taking views and many birds that visit the area constantly.

Cosy, warm, comfortable, lovely view of the sea and cute bunny rabbits in the late afternoon sun. Issues with trying to lock patio door, needs attention. Tv bit of a challenge…Definitely book again though.

On entering it seemed ok, later on I turned on top oven/ grill and set off smoke alarms. On inspection the grill pan was covered in fat and grease, the bottom oven was the same with the trays filthy. Spent some time scouring all trays before we could use them. Not the best way to start a holiday. When I drew the bedroom curtains there was a sewing needle stuck in the fabric which stuck in my finger drawing blood. Not too pleased with that. Other than that it was ok.

Mostly comfortable with lovely view. Second bedroom needed more storage. Needed to be six foot tall to see in any mirrors reach the microwave or reach hooks on bedroom doors. Sofa was stained torn and not very comfortable.
