Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner (November-February) included during winter months. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed gravelled courtyard with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. On road parking. No smoking.. Situated in the ever popular town of Pakefield, near Lowestoft, Albion Cottage is a renovated, end terrace property, and is only a few minutes walk from a sandy beach, making it ideal for beach walks, sea swimming and fishing. Its bright interior makes it a more than comfortable base to relax in following a day of sun, sea, sand and fun on the Suffolk Coast. There are many things to do in the surrounding area, including Lowestoft’s Park Run, Africa Alive, which is a renowned nature reserve, Lowestoft, with its popular pier, and Pleasurewood Hills, the UK’s most easterly theme park. Further inland, you will find Oulton Broad, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. From here, you can fish (licence required), hire a day boat or sit back and watch the passing pleasure craft. Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich are all within easy reach by car. The all year round dog friendly beache is a few minutes walk. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Lovely, clean property. Situated a street away from the sea front. Dog friendly beach. Lovely 20min walk into Lowerstoft along the sea front pavement or beach all the way. House is fully equipped with everything you need. Breakfast in the garden in the sunshine. Comfy beds. Good shower. Lovely decor. Well maintained. Ideal for travelling to other near-by coastal towns and villages. Lovely river cruises 10mins away. Dog friendly pubs, good food .

Comfortable, well equipped, clean cottage for family with a dog. Just 5 minutes walk to a dog friendly beach. No reserved parking but this wasn't a problem and we had no issues parking on the street outside the property. The stairs is steep so probably not good if you have mobility issues but this wasn't a problem for us

Perfect Cottage. Very quiet, clean & comfortable. Well equipped. Beach, pubs, & shops all very close. Enjoyed a few pleasant days away with my dog. No complaints at all.
